Hoyne Savings bank originally occupied a late 50’s bank building that was acquired from pioneer savings and loan association sometime in the 70’s The original Building was too large for current banking operations and most of the original building systems were failing or in need of attention. Hoyne savings management decided to build a new 3,400 SF drive-up banking facility on the same site as the original structure to serve its local customer base better. The original bank building was demolished after the bank operation moved into their new building, preparing the balance of the site for future sale.
